Return & Refund Policy

At Bliss Wish (Product of FIDES ENTERPRISE), your satisfaction is our priority. We take utmost care in crafting and delivering your product. However, if you face any issues with your order, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.


Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
    • You received a wrong product.
    • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: A clear 360° video recording of the package being opened is mandatory to process any return request. This helps us verify the claim and ensure fairness for both sides.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging (including jewelry box, authenticity card, microfiber cloth, etc.).

Return Timeline

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting us at info@blisswish.in or WhatsApp on +919428688606 with the unboxing video and order details.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received back in our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer/UPI once you provide valid account details.
  • Condition-Based Deductions: If the returned product is found damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, the refund amount may be partially deducted or completely forfeited (up to zero refund) depending on the extent of damage or loss in value.

  

Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances

  • We are not liable for any delays in processing returns, exchanges, or refunds caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or disruptions in transport or payment systems.


Governing Law

  • This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bharuch, Gujarat.

Order Cancellation Before Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

After Order is Shipped

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.
